CAN YOU BUILD HIGH QUALITY HOUSES THAT ARE BOTH SUSTAINABLE AND CHEAP? THE ANSWER IS YES!

Yesterday we celebrated that the first project within our partnering collaboration with Boligselsskabet Sjælland - Tofteengen in Roskilde - is now well on its way. The units consist of a modular based wooden constructionsystem, covered with wall boards of recycled paper fibers, resulting in a low LCA. It only takes 2-3 days to assemble the individual units on site, as the components are assembled indoor under controlled working conditions without wind and weather obstructions. The optimized process, avoiding obstructions on site, allows a price at only 9.025 DKK per square meter! Thereby providing normal Danes with high quality housing for an affordable rent.
