Vinge, part of a framework agreement of shared total counselling between WE Architecture and Mangor & Nagel (now AART) for Domea.dk, is a major urban development project in Frederiksund Municipality. Spanning 370 hectares, Vinge aims to become a vibrant city of 20,000 residents, blending public and private housing to foster social diversity. The project integrates three public housing areas among four private lots, ensuring a mix of living options.
Boligselskabet Rosenvænget, under Domea.dk, focuses on creating modern public housing that promotes diversity, community, and quality outdoor spaces. WE Architecture, responsible for façade design, emphasizes brick aesthetics to unify the district. Beyond architecture, the project prioritises community and a welcoming environment to define this new urban hub.
