Welcome to WE at BLOX
Dreyers Fond and the Danish Architecture Center (DAC) have joined forces to create a showroom at BLOX, the new gathering point for Danish architecture, design and new ideas. The showroom is a staircase gallery, showing the next wave of Danish architecture - told and conveyed by a number of talented and distinguished young Danish architectural companies.
Dreyers Fond supports projects and initiatives whose purpose is to promote architectural development and interaction with society. As a recipient of the Dreyers Fond’s grant WE got the opportunity to show our work at BLOX to the outside world and thereby gain a voice in the debate about new Danish architecture and its contribution to society’s development.

Want to hear about our new building system?
Join the conference, The Big Projects, in Roskilde the 13th of December and get an inspiring morning in company with WE Architecture among others.
In the fall, WE entered a 4-year framework contract in collaboration with Boligselskabet Sjælland, Danhaus, Mangor & Nagel, Holmsgaard Ingeniører and Plan+Landskab. The contract is based on a new building technique in Denmark that comprises at least 250 common wooden houses with a total budget of 500 mio. kr. The building system uses sustainable materials combined with an efficient construction method and provides a wide range of typologies. This allows the finished houses to be affordable and adaptable for any site.
